Custom Wordpress Plugin (2 x Related plug-ins)

I require 2 custom Wordpress plugins to:
1. Display pricing of a group of products and give option to add to cart (“Display Pricing” Plugin)
2. To manage the checkout process (“Checkout” Plugin)
The plugins will speak to MySQL tables (I'll provide the structures to you)
1. “Display Pricing” Plugin

Plugin must display form with:
1. Dropdown by product group, read from og_pricelist table.
e.g. item_group = “IS” or "Internet Security"
Dropdown will show: 1 Computer, 2 Computer, 3 Computer etc.. (read from pricing table)
2. Depending on the above selection, a radio group changes to show pricing for that product (AJAX):

Plugin must work as follows:
Shortcode can be placed anywhere on page/widget:

Upon clicking "Buy Now" (submit) button
1. Data must be saved to shopping cart table using session_id
2. User must be directed to the checkout page which will list his cart contents etc. see "Checkout" plugin below.
2. "Checkout" Plugin

1. Lists what is in the cart (for example in widget area on right hand side)
2. Allow user to change Quantity (update totals shown - AJAX)
3. Allow reseller login - (Resellers get discounted pricing) – This could be a link to direct “resellers to login” which returns them to this page once logged in. (* If reseller and Credit Card payment method is chosen, 5% is deducted from his normal reseller_discount)
4. Enter licence registration information (who licence must be registered to) for each licence. (or give checkbox option to "Register later")
5. Show payment options:
CC - Take Credit Card details (Interface with Credit card gateway is already written)
EFT – (Electronic Fund Transfer) Invoice will be emailed to you with our banking details. Licence is sent as soon as proof of payment is received by our accounts department)
6. Button: "Process Order" – saves order to OEHEADER and OEDETAIL tables.
If EFT: Show Confirmation screen (on a new "page") saying: “An Invoice has been sent to your email address. Please make payment to the banking details provided and send proof of payment to <emailaddress> upon which your licence number will be send to you.” – and clear the cart.
If Credit Card: Show Confirmation screen showing Payment approved / declined. (If declined, allow to go back and correct Credit Card details.)
If approved direct to thank you page with message “An Invoice together with your licence number has been sent to your email address.” – and clear the cart.
