Need help fixing a MAP popup issue in Magento

I have a Magento site that I am having an issue with the MAP popup not working for most products in the Featured Products home page block. It works without issue on the product pages but for some reason, the popup doesn't work for featured products.

I've spent time testing and can't figure out why certain products are not popping up the MAP pricing popup.

I am looking for someone who can dial into our development environment to figure out what is going on and fix it. I will then apply the changes to production once tested.

Forgot to mention I'm running Magento 1.8.1.0 with a custom theme.
