Existing Joomla Component Converted to Joomla 2.5 MVC Component

We need existing component code made into a proper Joomla 2.5 MVC Component:

Need additional Front End Layout like this one:

This layout should be titled, "Results"
Need front end menu link options available for the following layouts:
Player Registration
Leaderboard > choose tour year and choose tournament
Results List > choose tour year
Money List > choose tour year | choose tournament
Player Details Layout > This should be associated with registered joomla user and have ACL ability to edit fields by associated author user only.

RESIDENCE : Use Global
BIRTHPLACE : Use Global,Use Global ,Use Global
"Residence" should be changed to City and State from the database
"Birthplace" should be removed.
Other fixes needed for this component. Currently, this component code calls up a CSS file from the joomla core administrator template:
We would like to keep the styles being used but have this file moved into a proper location within the component files.
