wordpress theme customization and new features required

we are describing below our needs.

1. we are using wordpress cms and using a theme which is developed by a third party using twitter bootstrap,the theme has two menu top nav and main nav attached with search [login to view URL] want to remove the search bar attached with main nav and then place a search box just in the branding section just before the contact us button so that when user scrolls the page, the main nav fixed at the top of page and the search box become the part of main [login to view URL] theme is responsive so mobile design should adopt the changes of desktop design.

2. we want a customised login and signup or registration page for new [login to view URL] login option should have option to login with e-mail,fb account,twitter account or google account, and also the signup page should have an option to use register with e-mail or fb account or twitter or google for registration.

3. a customised profile for front end user where he can upload his/her profile pic, fill his/her basic details,his/her bio,interet,activities and link to their social media networks.

4. sticky post just below the main nav and just above the main post on single page article and option for next post and previous post .just like the [login to view URL],screenshot added for better understanding find [login to view URL]

5. social media icons for headlines post,popular post,sidebar widgets and for browse article section,all icons and their position should be identical to provided referenced screenshot and [login to view URL] are again saying position and size should remain [login to view URL] the screenshot [login to view URL]

6. for browse article section we want author name next to post cateogry and dropdown button for his [login to view URL] the reference screenshot is added find [login to view URL] or yu can visit [login to view URL] and find by youself for clear understanding.

7. we want to receive guest posts,there are number of free plugins but their user interface is clustered we want a nice looking guest story submit form with some customized [login to view URL] submitted story should first come to editor for [login to view URL] payment system.

8. the theme has a fundamental problem of calling function,the headline post and the popular post and the browse article section all are showing the new or latest published story, the latest submitted story should be displayed in popular section and in browse article [login to view URL] reference you can check [login to view URL] where headline section,popular post section and browse article section showing the last updated [login to view URL] the screenshot [login to view URL]

9. we want to display job listening similar to [login to view URL] with the same [login to view URL] the screenshots or visit the given url for better understanding but remember we don't want to use any payment system neither we ask employe or employer for posting a job or for applying a [login to view URL] can use any plugin for that but the desired output should be achieved.

10. the features article section has to many free white space we want to remove that space or convert that space into a banner ad [login to view URL] [login to view URL]

11. each heading is covered with blue border and background we want to remove the all blue headers and use a straight grey line in front of each section heading similar to [login to view URL] the screenshot [login to view URL]

12. when a user scrolls the page a small button should appear for scrolling to top similar to freelancer.com

13. sidebar youtube widget with one big video and two smaller video.

14. use a download manager plugin nd modify its css for better UI..so that front end user can download files (.exe,mp3,video and .rar/.zip) .

the budget is fixed and only a little negotiation is possible if required. payment will be released online after full satisfaction of the work and matched to the standard of requested customization ...half done customization will not be accepted and we won't pay even $1 if you failed to fulfill all the customization requests in time and on budget..
