Basically I want a teen website that will be filled with content for teenagers. Here are some great examples that I like [url removed, login to view] and alloy.com. There are two parts to this, the administration and the outside portion which the visitors will see. Both must be easy to use. I also need a design if possible with the site because I find coders who design as well make the site look 'cleaner'. This site should be both professional but still appeal to teens. Whoever I choose must have a good understanding of what teenagers want and willing to provide innovative ideas to add to the sites functions.
