Modify my existing wordpress social content lock plugin

I'm looking for someone who can modify my existing wordpress plugin that locks a page with a content lock and asks the visitor to share the page before unlocking it.
I've attached a picture showing how it looks now and how I want it to look.
I also want to be able to configure the unlock time once shared and also to get statistics in my control panel when a post has been shared.
I will send you the plugin and you can modify it and test it on your own wordpress installation.
This shouldn't be a hard job so don't over price your bid, this plugin was made for fifty dollars, so keep that in mind.
