Alright JOOMLA FREELANCERS, here’s a chance to shine.
The winner of the project will receive the most stellar, detailed feedback ever, including a link to the finished site, showcasing their template design.
Everyone knows how valuable GREAT feedback is, and how it will get you more business. I’ll give you that feedback, plus additional work. I can provide extensive contractor references at GAF if required.

Freelancer MUST possess extensive knowledge of Joomla template design, Adobe Photoshop, CSS, Javascript, and PHP.
Freelancer MUST provide links to at least three (3) Joomla templates they have customized or designed from scratch. Direct links only, NO portfolio links, I will ignore generic and automated responses.
Freelancer MUST be creative and detail oriented, capable of following art direction, and quick turnaround. Winning freelancer will receive tight-comps and template design parameters. You will LOVE working with me, as I am a designer as well.
Payment+ PayPal fee via PayPal and positive feedback upon satisfactory completion of template. Delivery of template and source files after payment received.
O U T L I N E
This will be the most robust template design for Joomla. There are several facets to this template design that will require excellent design and programming skills.
The template must be straight CSS, validate, and delivered in a Joomla upload package along with sources files, i.e. javascripts and PSD files, etc. I want strong graphical detail, which means outstanding Photoshop laying skills. This template will have several complimentary color themes.

There are many fonts beside Arial & Times. This template must use default Windows & Mac installed fonts creatively, but conservatively. San-serif fonts are preferred.

Template will have multiple phpNewAds banner ads inserted. Some as graphical elements.
