Buddypress Media Player - (Mp3 and Video needed in buddypress site)

Project Description:
We are developing a community-based website and need a media player built into the site. We want each buddypress user to be able to upload music and videos through their Profiles via a profile tab that is to be named "Media". This newly created "Media" tab would be the home to all of the buddypress user's uploaded Mp3's and Videos. As it looks on the user's screen when in the "Media" tab, the Mp3 and Video files should be seen split down the screen 50/50 or split up as 1/2 + 1/2 . See "media" attachment.
Once the Media tab is clicked, all logged in buddypress users should be able to view the music and videos the user have uploaded. Once a user clicks on a song or video to play it, the user should be prompted with the play, stop, rewind and fast forward options via a horizontal media toolbar built within the same toolbar that houses the wordpress/buddypress navigation options at the top of the website. Much like
[url removed, login to view] when a user navigates to another page on the website the music or video should continue to play until the user presses stop. Opening new pages or navigating around the website should never interrupt the file from playing smoothly. When a video is selected to play a collapseable dropdown window attached to the media toolbar slide out to view the video. See "video" attachment.
Again the files shouldn't skip a beat when the user navigates to another page. That means the music or videos would continue to play all across the site. All of this media needs to be viewable to other logged in users. Please check the site out before replying.
