i have a site, [url removed, login to view]
their i want only one user can create 1 account per PC
this is easy to block with IP address or MAC address. but this is also easy to change IP address and MAC address from users end.
what i want.. that our system should fetch something from visitor's end and it will store in our mysql database. and if same user register another account or login to another account with same pc he/she should get error
