need scripts templated.

I have two simple scripts that have a easy template system when changing templates. The scripts are a article directory script that has 1 template file which is .tpl which manages the entire script. I am not a progammer but i did the templates changes the last time. This time i need it done by programmer so it can be done faster.

The second script is a directory script which has actual html files and text files that manage the templates so this is even easier.

The new template needs to be skinned on about 4 pages minumum 5.

For a good php,html,css programmer this can be done in 1 day minumum 2.

I need this complete so that there are no code errors, but I don't want to make it public yet. I want it skinned, and once skinned with new template and i make sure it functions correct, Then i want to change the names of the template files so I can update it public later as I am doing more changes to the site.

I am looking for the best programmer with the Best communication who can quickly do this without wasting a lot of valuable time.
