We are looking for an experienced, highly competent mobile app developer with English as a native language to work with us on fixing/improving our existing ios AND android apps.
Our apps are focused on the UK nightlife/clubbing industry and are on the market now. We have encountered a number of bugs in our front and back end and are looking for an efficient solution. All work done will need to be tested and retested internally and in a live environment (alongside our User Engagement team) if necessary.
Fixes/features will include:
Apps:
Multiple minor UI fixes (working with our in house designer and User Engagement Teams)
Adding big screen app layouts
At least one activity total UX/UI rework
Fixing location (GPS) based function that pulls local venues information from DB and shows them on a map.
Basic IM/chat functionality (using Facebook friends as invite method)
Fixing autofill search functionality
Tweaking date search functions for open venues/events
Preload venue information on app (currently set to retrieve on each activity oncreate)
Insert basic app tutorial/walkthrough
Code efficiency/best practice is essential
Back end/Website
Back end commission based calculation/reporting
Enhanced data gathering/statistic storage/reporting
Minor UI work
