Niche Site Building Process Work - Potential Ongoing Work

I am seeking a company to perform economical process work using content site/directory page software (provided), and including keyword research, WordPress Blog creation, and header graphic creation. Further details will be provided to short list bidders after NDA Company Criteria: - SEO or similar company familiar with doing keyword research suitable for adsense revenue sites; - also capable of providing low-priced basic web processing skills. - Company capable of producing fast, economical quality header graphics; WP Blogs etc. - Company must have personnel with high level written English skills; - single point of contact for customer service and IM access; Background: I am an experienced outsourcer and internet marketer with a successful specialised outsourcing business currently engaging over 8 full time staff/contractors. I have excess work due to high demand, with strong prospects of steady, and maybe increasing ongoing work in the range of several thousand dollars (US) per month. Relationship: I am generally easy to get along with! But I do not tolerate incompetence, poor performance and missed deadlines well. I pay ad hoc bonuses for good performance, and the successful company will be rewarded with a long term flow of easy work. Requirements: - Companies must be able to provide efficient services as above at $4 per hour or less. If you are pricing higher than this, please don't bother trying to pitch me - I will NOT be paying more than this. :-) - I need a detailed capability statement addressing the above criteria - company must have high level values, integrity and honesty; - medium sized company with ability to provide a sound "business continuity" model, not dependant on just one person. - I am not interested in solo, home based people; - I can provide at least US$3,000 worth of work starting now, for January. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
