PLEASE READ THE WHOLE PROJECT BEFORE BIDDING

Hi! I have a very easy and very quick request. I need a form, which I can edit (in notepad or in the browser), in which I can enter many URL's (as many as I want). Once the URLs are entered, I need a button (OK button). Once I press the button, all the URLs in the form will be opened in a new tab in my browser.

I need the form to retain the URLs entered once the OK button is pressed so that next time that I want to use the form, I can simply edit it instead of reentering the URLs.

This is a very very easy job and shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to write! I don't need any graphics or anything, it's just a form! Therefore I'm looking for the lowest possible bid. We can discuss further if you have any questions.
