Website transferred, problems PHP

We migrated our server and now some small problems occurred.
The script was always working until we transferred to an other host last week.
I think it has to do with the PHP version.
Anyway the problem is that the RIGHT language does not get loaded properly.
I narrowed the problem to two files in the CMS and want you to rewrite / check them.
