Get Video to play on iPad + other small things

I have been working on a new wordpress theme and am having some problems with a few things:
1. Make the video work on iPad
2. Make the video loop
3. Set a thumbnail for the video on iPhone
4. Separate the logo from the 'Home' menu-item and replace the logo with a new logo that includes the company name, both should be clickable to 'home'
5. Be available for any further assistance
