I am looking for a custom made Wordpress theme identical to this site - [login to view URL] The desktop theme is simple. On a mobile, the theme has swipe navigation between pages (not just between posts) and a scrolling horizontal navigation menu (see pictures). These mobile features must be present. The theme should be responsive with identical dimensions and layout to example site across desktop, tablet and mobile. Colour scheme and fonts should be identical with commented css to allow for easy customisation once complete.
Cost is more important than time. Please include any examples of previous wordpress or jquery projects.
