We would like to hire someone to convert the current main page header and footer and setup a template for a new Wordpress site. The menu bar can be redesigned if needed but the same general look and feel should be kept.

You can place your bid on just the template creation, or if you want additional work, please go ahead and bid on handling the entire site rebuild. This will include transferring all current data (text and images) onto the new Wordpress site.
