Ipad - pdf document reader app

I am looking for a freelancer who can code and design an Ipad add that can list a set of pdf file, open and display them.

These files will be ordered into a tree structur that should be displayed in the app, and you should be able to scroll thru the structur until you find the document you need and the open it.

So basically the app would look like this:

Splash screen / welcome screen (with app name / logo) [after a couple of seconds it fades out.

The next screen is a selection screen. First you chooce which company you will go thru, then the structur under it opens.

And the next patch of the tree structur will be meeting group, and then the pdf located.

Once you click the pdf it should download it and display it.

And if you close the document you get back to the app.

I want the app to retrive the treestructure of a server. So I would be able to add more companys just by adding another folder on the server. Also I the logo file for the company should be located in the folder on the server, so it will be easy to update these.

This is the first step of the app, and if I find the right partner it will be a continues work where i will keep coming with new features / jobs for expansions.
