I need a website built

Need chat room,affiliate program and etc.

Want members to be able to upload 5 pictures

Paid area will be monthly recurring using paypal or credit card ( I would actually prefer stormpay if anyone can arrange that)

Need someone who has experience in this field that provide samples of their work

Deliverables :

I would like it if possible in 15 days or less. I'm kind of open on this.

Ownership :

I will own all rights to the script and site contents

Support :

Need 90 day support not that I'll need it if you built it correctly but just something nice to have. I am very web and user friendly so I don't foresee any problems.
