The Budget set on this project is between 500 - 1000 USD. The site will be database driven ( No ASP ). The winning bidder on this project will have a showcase site for their portfolio. We are a new startup real estate company with a lot more future projects to come as capital allows us. Keep this in mind when you bid please.
If you have done this type project for a real estate website in the past most of these components you will already have or be able to use some of the better ones that are open source.
Below is an idea of the functions and what we would like in the site. I am sure there will be questions and we would be happy to answer any that we can
1. Custom Template Design With Flash Banner. No cutting and Pasting from other templates.
2. An easy to use CMS. The CMS must be able to control not only the content but also any seo required for each indiviual page or navigation menu. ( example- Title Tags, Meta Descriptions or Tags, H Tags, adding and subtracting navigation menu items amd so on ) Also there must be a way to tie subdomains in to the CMS which includes adding photos as well to any pages we need to.
3. Being able to upload video through the CMS or other control panel tied to the site for specific pages in the site. Some type of Video player that can be shown on all the pages of the site.
4. Listing Manager. This will allow us to upload photos and text about any listings the company has.
5. IDX system/Google map function which will also feature a mortgage calculator typed to each listings home price, appointment setter and registration form tied in to each listing from the IDX system. Examples of this can be given.
6. Live Chat system..open source.
7. Rental Property Management system where consumers can add their homes for rent from the site. Just like a blog they must be approved through an admin panel prior to going live on the website. Possible Open Source
8. Drip Email Campain Manager. Open Source
9. Secure Client Login Pages- will explain more about this function if needed.
10. Wordpress Blog
11. Mod Rewrites- All urls must be Seo compliant.
12. Logo Design
The site must be W3C compliant and CSS. It also must be SEO friendly and somewhat easy to use. Some open source materials are acceptable to use. You would create and install all functions of the site to our own servers.
If you can not show references of similar type work please do not waste your time bidding. Project would also be paid on a per piece competion.
If you have done this type work most of these systems you should already have and therefore there will not be additional creation time.
