LAW FIRM- Where you should get a feeling of strength and security but also uniqueness, results oriented businessman. How we differ? We look at each matter first from the business perspective and then craft a solution using business tools and legal tools. We use the law as just one tool in the toolbox of a businessman. Entities- Myron E. Siegel & Associates, Ltd. Business Brokerage. We will want to allow people to register and either list their businesses for sale (by providing basic data ) which must contain a disclaimer as to accuracy and completeness, but also to view materials on available businesses. There should be a way to have a form Non-Disclosure Agreement on the site that the user can fill out and return to us. Business Valuations. Mostly text, graphs and pictures. Real Estate Brokerage this will require links to properties we have listed for sale, contact information for my sales people, etc. Troubled Business Consulting/Financial First Aid. Mostly text. Each entity has its own domain name. Email will need to be established for each entity. The above area with the most information would be the Business Brokerage because we would want to list companies and allow people to register to list or view companies listed for sale. The Law Firm would have about information about who we are, what we do, our practice areas, links to some resources, pictures, companies, clients, references, bio’s, etc. Tasteful but that grabs your attention where you want to explore more. Statistics, counts and other analysis information should be available. Proposals should be for the entire project and also give some websites that can be looked at as samples of your work. Detailed documentation must be provided. The Website should be highly functional and easy to use and navigate. Content changes regularly and include recently done deals, references, biographies of people, etc.

Thank you for bidding on this project. I will review the bids this weekend, your rating, past arbitration and comments, previous experience, similar work and your written responses and place the bids in order (not necesssarily in price order)and decide on my first and second choice to do this project. At that time I will contact the first two and discuss the project in more detail before selecting a Coder to do this project. Thank you for taking the time to bid. If there is anything you wish to change or add to your bids please do so now.

Dear Coders, Thank you for bidding. After reviewing some of the bids $500 on up, and the comments made, I have decided to revise my bid request. I do not want to accept a bid and then have the Coder unhappy if the work is not clearly spelled out. I will repost this project and a few others shortly and ask you once again to review the project and bid. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. It is better for all if the project is more clearly defined. NIUBOT
