Semantic MediaWiki (SMW) and Semantic Maps configuration

I run a website called Trail WIKI. The site is powered by Mediawiki and I have installed Semantic Maps and Semantic MediaWiki (SMW).

I need Semantic MediaWiki (SMW) configured to pull all information from the info box on my pages. If you look at [login to view URL] the info box on the right is the information I need to be in SMW. The info box is a template so only the template should have to be modified to pull info from every page on the site.

Once that has be implemented creating a map that pulls the SMW info should be easy. The points on the map should be created by pulling the longitude and latitude from SMW. When the map point is clicked I want it to display the trail distance and trail use info from that page. View attachment.

Sorry Thought I had this on the original Project Description..

The map also needs to have a "Filter window" So users can filter the map by season, trail length, trail type, etc.. Check out the map on the front page of http://clevertrail.com/ for an example. filter is in the bottom right corner..
