I would like a quote to build a web form. With this form, we want users to enter information that will then be captured in a database. I beleive there will be less than 5,000 people registering in this form, so I understand Access database will work for this. Is this correct? We want to be able to take this database later and convert it to an Excel spreadsheet so that printers can create labels for direct marketing mailouts. Questions I'll need answered are: 1. What method (programming language, database, etc.) do you recommend this project to use. PhP? ASP? ACCESS? 2. Will I need additional software? Do I have to buy database software for this, or will you provide the files to publish online? 3. How long will it take to complete the project? 4. Can you create the code in a document, so that I can later insert that code into my designed web page? What method do you prefer? 5. We need this completed by February 20, 2006. Can you finish the project by this time?
