i want to create a search engine

i already have the templates, but i need you to make it able to search through the greek web (.gr , .[login to view URL], .[login to view URL], .[login to view URL] etc)

also i need a spider so i have my own results

for both search engine connection and spider creation, i will need step by step tutorials on how you have done that, as i want to learn creating search engines by my own, so by the end of the project full source code and tutorials are needed

prices around 80usd are seriously considered

pleae inform me what programming language you are going to use so i know and confirm since i am ok
