Need Professional Photos Taken for Social Media Banner | Atlanta, GA

Hello,
My name is Miles. I need a new banner for my social media channels and I'm looking for a local photographer in the Atlanta, GA (US) area to take some professional photos. I'll want to take the photos in downtown Atlanta, GA near some historic monuments in the city (preferably one that has "Atlanta") in the background. I'll also need the photos taken at night. Since we'll be shooting at night, I'll need a photographer who can do cool effects at night such as, night vision, eye color changes, bright color enhancement (making the color white look brighter), and x-ray effects. Lastly, once the photos are done I'll need text written over (lay on top) using photoshop or similar software
