Maintain frequent contact with the local / regional recruitment teams in order to understand their recruitment needs and talent challenges and to adapt global policies to their [url removed, login to view] global recruitment consistency whenever possible across the regions. Deliver materials, best practices and tools to the local and regional recruitment teams to support them in their day to day operational workload. </p><p>  </p><p><strong>IMPLEMENTATION AND ADOPTION OF SOCIAL MEDIA RECRUITMENT PRACTICES</strong><br/> Recomend and influence actively in the recruitment social media activities in alignment with  market trends and new generation interaction [url removed, login to view] and maintain a good relationship with social media and job boards providers to enable Amadeus to be more accessible and present for prospect candidates through this channels. Work closely with local and regional recruitment teams to implement new tools and speed up adoption rates. Follow up adoption and measure closely the return of investment of the global agreements. </p><p><br/><strong>GLOBAL RECRUITMENT SOURCES</strong><br/> Analyse current recruitment sources being used in [url removed, login to view] up and measure recruitment sources effectiveness in order to recommend actively best [url removed, login to view] global databases of recruitment sources and make it available to other recruitment teams. Propose alternative recruitment sources actively and sign global agreements when possible. </p><p>  </p><p><strong>IT RECRUITMENT SYSTEMS       </strong>                                                                                                                                                                                                         Act as IT expert in the recruitment area and participate actively in the implementation of the new recruitment systems and the Amadeus career [url removed, login to view] with the internal Technical teams for the definition of specifications, requirements, gap analysis, business case and other project [url removed, login to view] in the testing of the new tools and their [url removed, login to view] with technical and other local teams the testing and implementation phases of the [url removed, login to view] a close relationship with all stakeholders of the projects. </p><p>  </p><p><strong>CORPORATE SEARCHES</strong><br/> Support in some specific corporate and local searches using social media and other sourcing techniques. Deliver pool of candidates that meet position requirements. Follow up with recruitment manager to ensure a match of the proposed candidates with the vacant position. </p><p>  </p><p><strong>RECRUITMENT ANALYTICS AND REPORTING</strong><br/> Perform periodic and ad-hoc recruitment analysis and reports to follow up of the global effectiveness of the [url removed, login to view] a global recruitment dashboard that will allow a periodic revision of the function.  Report this information to top management with recommended line of action. </p><p>  </p><p><strong>OTHER PROJECTS IN THE TALENT AREA&amp; DEPARTMENT SUPPORT</strong><br/> Support in other corporate projects and their implementation. </p><p> </p></div>
