I need a file transfer script.

I am trying to explain:- I have creat a folder ? in Microsoft one drive. And i have past the folder path in our software. Now when i click the image by our software that software create a folder by the name of date in the assigned folder and save the image. If i click the image again than that software save the image in the same folder. But when the date is change software create the new folder by the name of date like 20221305 .

Now i want a script that i will assign a folder in your script then your script read the current date folder after every 5 seconds and if ther is any JPG files than transfer to other one drive folder that is also assigned by me one time and delete the images from date folder. iam sending a test image folder also.
