I need to put together an offshore development team that includes the following:
- 1 Web Designer/HTML/CSS & Flash
- 1 Senior .NET & SQL Web Architect
- 2 Junior .NET C# Developers
I'm looking to hire a team of four individuals that would be able to jumpstart a new and exciting project and I want only the best at a reasonable offshore price. This is a long-term project that could easily go for 2-3 years before this website can go live. And, then I will need to also establish an ongoing maintenance and support contract.
I'm looking for an offshore company that can provide my business with all four of these individuals (and possibly more later on), but, I don't want this team to be scattered across multiple locations. I want a unified offshore team all working from the same location. I want a solid and reputable offshore company that I could partner with so as to complete this project with minimal problems and issues - in other words, I want an offshore company that already has the necessary business procedures and policies in place that can handle a larger project.
