.NET Programmer to Assess project feasibility and run sample indicator scripts

I need a .NET programmer to (i) Assess project feasibility and (ii) run sample indicator scripts from [url removed, login to view] .

Select 10 indicators to run for this sample testing purpose.

If it works, I will go and purchase the work from the same .NET programmer to integrate in bulk all the remainder of their 185 scripts onto the same, given website to kickstart phase 2 of the project with the same .NET programmer.

I got a reply from a certain programmer who says the scripts need something else in order to be run properly and cannot be installed on website, but only can be run from within the application ==> Meaning they cannot be run as standalone on a website.

The reply from the iqbroker's staff, on the other hand, was as follows:

You need to locate them in the free public resource folder and open them from inside the platform, they will work fine.

Go to the Script Manager, and Open a Resource.

Browser the resources and look inside the folder named Public, in it you will find the scripts."

But the other programmer insisted need something else in order to run, and lies within the application, contrary to the words above.

So, I don't know who is right and who is wrong??
