I need a ping and index function which is used in software like ScrapeBox and SEnukeX where you ping and index a source URL against a target URL with proxy support.

Ping: The result must be a lookup from the target URL (referrer) to the source URL.

Important: The target URL doesn't need to support some XMLRPC interface, it can be a "normal" domain with tld.
