Silverlight Developer for File Exchange Application

We are an online private video company that has been in business since 2008 and has over 40,000 subscribers in North America. We are seeking one free lance web developer on a full / part-time basis for a period of up to 3 months (or longer) who can help us develop a file exchange web application that will be built using Silverlight. The ideal candidate should have sufficient experience in interactive website development, database and back-end programming using Silverlight, C#, ASP .NET, AJAX, Javascript, HTML5 and web services. Knowledge and experience with web / graphic design is a plus!
You will work alongside our internal development team to build this interactive web application; however most or all of the Silverlight work will be done on your own. We will provide you with the business and design requirements as well as some C# code that you can use to help you build our Silverlight file exchange application.
After completion of the initial web application, the expectation is to use your talents to maintain updates on a regular basis based on ongoing feedback as well as work on the many other projects that we have. The duration of this initial project is expected to last a few months and on an ongoing basis you can help us enhance the application, maintain it and assist with other web / software projects.
Please provide monthly rate for a full / part-time work schedule and links to Silverlight web applications that you have worked on previously. Please also provide links to any .NET web applications and or mobile apps (iPhone, iPad, Android) that you may have been a part of as well.
