Wordpress site, combine it with our plugin that is Missing an API

We have a wordpress website whose function is to bring together buyers and farmers/crafting entrepreneurs. We also have a third-party plugin that is basically Groupon (we got it at [login to view URL]). We want to combine these two templates together but the problem is the Groupon template requires a third-party API. We did not realize our plugin would require 100% reliance on the third party; we want to be free from them. Please let us know if you can rebuild this API for us so that our website is 100% independent from [login to view URL] you think it is easier for you to go to [login to view URL] and find a groupon template (which we assume will give us the 100% of the code and not require monthly payment schemes like [login to view URL]) then please let us know this. We will then talk about how we can make these modifications, which is the *real* project we want to do, but right now we are stuck with this API/just find another template problem.

So, here is the second part of the project once we figure out what to do with the [login to view URL] plugin/buy envato template instead:

I need a wordpress DESIGNCROWD.COM+[login to view URL] hybrid website. The focus is on farmers and arts and crafts entrepreneurs.

Here is how it works:

Step 1a: Buying leader creates new offer (title: Let's work together to buy bulk Intel chips").

Step 1b: In this offer, buying leader sets conditions (example: only 10 people allowed, must pay $100 plus flat fee for shipping NOW no reservations allowed, and if under 10 people or if date is December 17 then cancel event and refund everyone).

Step 2: Buying leader also pays any fees in order to submit their offer. Auto-publish offer. Later, if offer violates user policies, users can click "Report offer" button to suspend offer and send to admin for deletion or approval.

Step 3: If a buyer wants to send money to buying leader in order to join the buying cooperative, then use Paypal Multipay api to allow users to send money to Buying leader via Escrow. (We have this code working well in our site). This locks in buyer and notifies buying leader of commitments to deal, but only system can auto- release payments if conditions are ALL met.

Always require buyers and buying leader to type in names to certify they read terms and conditions in order to use Escrow.

Step 4: If all conditions are met, process purchase and send invoices. (Ex: Yes, we have met Intel's minimum quantity order of 10 chips AND yes, this offer is not expired AND yes everyone paid already). Release Paypal Multi-pay API payments (we call it "Escrow" in the website).

Must have:

Always send email messages when events happen (like a new payment or refund on its way).

Allow people browsing to see quick info before they click on link to read more about buying event: like "Timer" countdown, number of buyers, reputation of buying leader, buying leader avatar, ended or cancelled, bookmark, 100 character description.

Allow bookmarking, which triggers same event emails but does not show personal info and does not mean person must buy.

Integrate invoices and pay history and messages into custom site CMS.

Integrate into our dispute resolution theme.

Allow buying leader to release buyer from their payment (like cancel a milestone feature on this site)

Use child themes and hooks only. Do not allow code to harvest user info-- balance max privacy with max security as much as possible.

Please note, we cannot build from scratch. You must use the smartecart.com (missing API) or use the Kupon theme (find it at https://themeforest.net/item/group-buying-theme-daily-deals-marketplace-kupon/12372781?s_rank=2 ) to complete this project.
