Accidentally deletes row from database. Restore possible?

I used sql server management studio and accidentally deleted all the data from the table using this taken from a forum. I know I messed up. The last backup was 1/15/2015. Any way to restore at all or is this a lost cause
DELETE FROM [url removed, login to view] WHERE ISNUMERIC(Row_Shpg)=0

Yes. Restoring possible if you have binary log and no do VACUUM after delete you data. If you dont have binary logs - no way.
