Unusual Audio Player

Since I have had no luck finding the program I need I have resigned myself that I will most likely have to have it made. I need an audio program that I can use for sound track and sound effect playing for various theatrical performances. I need to be able to play from one two Six music files at one time with the ability to fade them all in or out. Also I need 12 or more "buttons" that will play a short sound effect. So I am invisioning a top portion of the form to have six compact spaces with simply a volume control a fade in/out button, and an open file button (the ability to drag and drop would be a big plus) In the bottom section would be say 18 buttons that also have volume controls (but no fade neccesary). These buttons would activate the short sound effects at the given volume. Not an incredibly complex program, but one that is beyond my limited knowledge. I do have some Visual Basic experience so if you know a simple way to do this and would rather just tell me how, wonderful. Otherwise I will entertain any reasonable bid. Thank you. Daniel Boggs

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
