We have created an Android demo app which does two features (will be sent to qualified bids)
1) Take 10 sec videos, compress it, and upload it to Firebase
2) Story: where it shows all uploaded snaps from point#1. in the same way of SnapChat/Facebook stories
We are encountering some delays/latency when switching from snap to another snap and that's why we thought AMAZON would fix the issue and become more quickly and smoothly in loading same as SnapChat stories.
We need someone to express his interest and confidence in the result he will provide with experience in Amazon S3/API to upload and Streaming.
