raffle win real money

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built.

(ALL IN 1 APP)

4. Withdraw money (User needs to enter IBAN number and Bank name *(enter manually)

How raffle system works.

User register with, Username, Password, Email, Date of Birth.

example: ( winning price 50 TRY) raffel and user needs to pay the amount the admin asking for example

50 TRY raffle to join this raffle you need to Pay 5 TRY and user will get notification if they win or lost.

User needs to pay/deposit money using "PAYTR" Search paytr entegration this is important

All raffel entry price is different admin can edit this price and users needs to pay the price to join raffel after if they win they will get notification that they have won raffel or lost raffel

admin can choose when raffel starts / When raffel finish / Date and time. from admin panel when creating raffel
