Programming for a multi-player, simple card game for web and mobile.

We have created a unique, simple card game which can be played by 2-8 people. The game involves rounds of betting similar to poker rules, however only 1 card is dealt and the users bet or bluff based on the value of their card. (lowest card wins, but 13 beats all). You will be sole programmer of this App and online game, working with myself (the artist).
The game must have the ability for the player to choose an avatar, choose a table and play against other players. It must also be secure and work on iphone, android and our website.
The game can be made in a software of your choice e.i Unity, as long as the outcome is a high quality, fully functional game.
