Online report

Kindly do send suggestions on how you can implement instead of sending me the just your profile. we have to build this one compatible with mobile devices as well.

This is report between 2 parties and involves 3 steps. first person will fill out the report ( certain parameters) per one customer and put comments .the first person can not change once it is submitted. this has to be forwarded to the customer to agree or disagree next to the parameters and will have some time frame to fill and submit. discrepancies will need to be highlighted. the customer will not be able to make changes after the deadline. when the customer wish to with draw, then the first party will need to check and update the 3rd step which involves the filling up and based on the rules of parameters, some points need to be highlighted.
