Hello,

I need an Android application to count precisely the frequency of spot lights that the main phone camera is receiving. Result should be in lights/second.

Example on how it should work (also how you should test it):

1. Start the camera on the phone being in a dark/ semi dark environment.

2. Having a flash light turned on in the other hand, throw light rapidly to the phone's camera by moving the flash light quickly in front of the camera.

3, The program should be able to tell you in real time what is the frequency of the light that hit the camera (how many lights/second)

Basically, the program should analyze and count how many times the camera's aperture (the "iris") is needed to close at maximum (because the light is very powerful when the flashlight's light is hitting the camera sensor... )

That's all!
