I need an Android app, doing the following:

1. automatically answers incoming calls

2. plays a welcome message (mp3 file)

3. giving users basic menu with some 3-6 items like: a) place an order (connecting to a live person) b) leave a voice message c) get basic support (play some mp3 files according to callers input) etc.

4. when connected to live person, record the conversation

5. if possible, no internet permissions of the app. Generally, the less permissions, the better

I have no android programming skills.
