We need add IM function to a community based iPhone app.

We also need add the following feathers:

* Community user can make in-app purchase to buy points, e.g. $0.99 worth 100 points

* User can earn points by watch an ad video

* Design and set up some virtual gifts. User can use points to buy virtual gifts.

You need pay "late fee" if project can NOT be done by the deadline agreed upon.
