ipad magazine app

i am looking for an ipad/ios expert who can deliver the app part of a magazine app system like these:

app features - please note that these will be the final features, but for this project the first version will only need basic functionality as described further down on this page.

* start screen

* issue selection page (show thumbnails of available issues)

* download selected issues with option to delete them if no longer needed

* each issue might have several language versions that can be loaded

* the app must be multilingual (english, german, italian) - all texts will be delivered by me

* the app needs to support portrait and landscape mode

* show each page of the magazine with possibility to swipe to the next/previous page and zoom the current page with finger zoom

* there should be a thumbnail scroller available when needed in the bottom area like in this app:

* each magazine package will consist of a png file per page with some additional data (either html5, xml or whatever you can best use).

* the additional data will contain some basic infos about the issue plus hotspots that will trigger an action when tipped:

- external link: open an url in safari

- internal link: move to other page of the issue

- email link: open new mail

- zoom image: open large version of an image

- slideshow: open a large version of an image with possibility to swipe through a couple of other images in large view

- video: open and play a video

* the app should support push notifications so that i can notify users about new issues if needed

* the whole app design should be separated from the functionality so that i can easily produce simmilar apps by just changing some layout/template files

## Deliverables

again: this is the feature list for the final app. i will also deliver some nice design and need a very high quality look and feel in the end.

but for now and for this project i'd just need a prototype with reduced functionality (for budged reasons and to find the right coder to keep working with beyond that prototype). this is what i need for this project:

* workflow and file/folder structure design: i will provide all data necessary for your app to download new issues in a format you can use easily (e.g. json and zipped magazine package)

* implement basic app functionality regarding display of available issues, download/delete issues and display a selected issue with swipe/zoom functionality for portrait and landscape mode

* implement the hotspot/link functionality so that the user can tip onto hotspots defined in the additional page meta data to e.g. start a video

NOT needed for now:

* multiple languages are not needed for now, but you should keep in mind that they will need to be added in a future project

* no fancy design needed for now - just some prototype for the functionality - nice layout will be delivered and added in a future project, same as the template system to easily change the design of the app

* push notifications are not needed for now

if you are interested in this project, please post a bid for the first prototype as described above. only the app part needs to be done - all server functionality will be provided by me.

i am looking for a very reliable coder who can deliver nice, accurate work on time and who would be ready to keep working on this project beyond this first prototype with additional private projects.
