I would like to know how much it would cost to build a stock market simulator app for respective countries; Hong Kong (Hang Seng), SG market (STI), and Malaysia Market (Bursa).

But that app is buggy. Once a player enters the app, they get to choose their country; Ex: Hang Seng. They start with 10k HKD and can trade continuously as long as they have "fund" in their account.
I would like to know YOUR cost and timeframe for this particular project.
