Modify an existing Android application

Description of requirements/features: We are working with a technology client of ours on a mobile game and we are looking for Android developers who would be interested in getting involved. The game is being released as open source code and github and we want some developers to download and make improvements to it. We have devised a range of challenges for developers to improve the app, from the straightforward to the more advanced. But really we are open for any suggestions for hacks or enhancements. We will pay for your time at your hourly rate, and then if your hacks make the grade they will be incorporated into the next release on the Play Store and you will get full credit.
Specific technologies required: Android, Intel XDK
Extra notes: In addition to making changes to the code for the app we would also like developers to write a short piece of text explaining what they did, the challenges they faced and how they overcame them. Don'y worry if English isn't your first language, we are particularly keen to hear from developers in Spain, Russia, Italy and Germany
The attached file give some example of teh coding challenges we would like to undertake but feel free to come up with your own. But at this stage we are only looking for modifications that can be made with a day or two at most. If you are looking for a 5 week project then this is probably not for you.
