Microsoft Hyper-V WMI Scripting

We require some code that will:

Interrogate Microsoft Hyper-V and provide:

A list of Virtual Machines by name or GUID

The name of a virtual machine by GUID or the GUID by name

The status of a virtual machine by GUID (On/off/saved/exporting etc)

A list of VHD (virtual hard disks) in a virtual machine by GUID

A list of folders where virtual machine is stored (may have multiple locations) by GUID

Perform Actions on Virtual Machines:

Shutdown virtual machine guest OS by GUID

Turn off virtual machine by GUID

Turn on virtual machine by GUID

Save virtual machine by GUID

Export virtual machine by GUID

I already have written some AUTOIT code which performs some of the tasks, which is attached. It also heavily relied on using powershell and other powershell code, which I would like to get away from. Any of the existing code may be re-used. All code supplied must be free of any license, and we must be able to re-license it and distribute it at out discression.

Further work may be requested after completion of this job if more features are required.
