Payment methods in an e-commerce site developed with Magento

Hi, we have an e-commerce site developed with Magento and we have to install and configure the following payment methods:
- pay on cash
- credit card (xpay with cartasì)
- paypal
- postpay
- bank transfer
The customer and the site administrator should receive an e-mail with all the data about the purchase and payment.
Furthermore the system should create an invoice for every purchase. The site has recently been developed with Magento from an older site that had the possibility for the customers who needed it to receive an invoice. So we should have the possibility to control also the invoice number.
