Need your inspiration and skill to develop a new logo for an area community website.

I want a nice logo to go at the head of this page.
I am not affiliated with the City of Waseca itself. I am more of a competitor to there local city websites, but I would like to try to capture the essence of Waseca in my logo.
Some background info on Waseca to help inspire you:
Waseca is in Southern Minnesota, USA.
It has 3 lakes and the winter climate is cold and snowy.

I am open to ideas and I do not expect you to incorporate all these ideas into the logo, they are just informative links to help give you (the designer) ideas for inspiration.

Now that quite a few people have posted I want to find out who is serious about this project. This is a re-post, because the first person wasted my time. Their designs were poor and did not take anything in my project description into consideration and it a looked like something that free logo software could have made. I can do some basic graphic design so I am posting this project because I want a designer who is better than me. I also don't want a designer that is going to use cheap logo software to make me something generic. So those that are still serious in this project, I would like to see a reply from you that shows you have read my project description and will be able to develop a logo with the description in my project post. I will only be reading bids from those that reply to this and show me that you are paying attention and can do it. If you do not reply to this, you will not be consider for this project.
