We are looking for someone to create an Auction site with integrated shop in same design.
Right now we are selling coins for fun / hobby, but we want to expand and have a small auction site and small shop to sell the coins.
We believe we will have 2-3 auction/year and we will registrer all auction items our selves - so we do NOT need an auction site where everyone can put articles.
For the auction it should look like :

User registration, login to bid

print Invoices
User panel, see bids, invoices etc.
Pay byr CC, paypal etc.
Create auction catalouge by PDF
Every Coin I put to auction, I must enter auction number, Minimum Price, estimated price, description, end date and time of auction, add images etc.
The auction listing articles must be in 2 or 3 coulumns and have nice layout.
The Shop must be in same design like [login to view URL] where you select shop or auction in the menu.
Also here the buyer must login to buy and pay.
I prefeer WordPress, but it is up to you.
To be considered as bidder, you must be able to provide evidense of auction sites you have done or can do.
Budget around 200$
I only pay via freelancer, dont ask to be paid by westernUnion or paypal etc.
