Logo design for a fundraiser

I require a logo designed for a one-time fundraiser. This is raising money for local food charities, and utilizes Twitter as part of the event.
The logo should therefore be something along the lines of a blue bird (different enough from the Twitter bird so as to avoid trademark infringement), possibly in a three-dimensional style such as this: [url removed, login to view]
The bird must be carrying a plate of food in some way. Perhaps above his head and balanced upon his wing (similar in form to this: [url removed, login to view])
As the participants will also be driving around the city in a scavenger hunt, the bird could also possibly be driving, riding on, or otherwise interacting with a car or other motor vehicle.
This logo will be used on the web, and possibly in print, so suitability for different media is necessary. The final deliverable should be ready in 48 hours or less from awarding of the project.
The successful service provider will be required to provide the design in a number of different sizes and resolutions. Ideally, the graphic will be in a vector format that can be utilized in Illustrator or similar graphics manipulation software.
I am open to artistic interpretation of the above requirements, allowing you to utilize your creative skills. Please PM me if you have some specific idea about how this logo could or should look.
