Fix Current server problems nginx+apache+PFsense firewall and install Cpanel

I have a server with PFsense firewall divided to 2 servers, one with nginx that contains wordpress site and the other server i think is apache that contains chatserver, as chat server need to be isolated so it doesnt get disconnected easily, they are both on same domain with different ports. Anyways there is some missconfiguration i guess, as whoever started on this did not finish it. for example when i try to upload anything on wordpress it doesnt work, when i upload a picture to ftp, and i go to the link to view it it doesnt work and it gives nginx error. if its possible to install cpanel on the server that would be good as i already have the licensce, also take a look at PFsense firewall configuration so it actually stops ddos attacks and other attacks before it gets to the site, when site used to get attacked chat server would work fine but wordpress site will stop and gives 502 badgateway. Site is live and working and i expect it to be working flawlessly after work is done, keeping chat server isolated is important so it doesnt keep disconnecting. Paymeny will only be released after job is completed . Do not bid if you think you arent sure how to fix it, i do not have time to waste. thank you
